“Lords of Nidavellir” – Corgi Breeding in Silesia

The home breeding of Welsh Corgi Pembroke “Lords of Nidavellir” was registered in ZKwP/FCI in 2021. The name of the kennel was inspired by Norse mythology, as the ancestors of the Welsh Corgi Pembroke, according to one legend, were brought to Wales by Vikings. In Norse mythology, Nidavellir is one of the nine worlds, inhabited by dwarves, elves, and hobbits 🧙. This story perfectly reflects the charm and character of the Corgi Pembroke breed – small but full of energy and charisma.

Our Corgi Kennel in Silesia

Currently, our kennel is home to two representatives of the Corgi breed:

Ściema Knoflik (Florka),
Wiki from Lords of Nidavellir Tarancon (Frania).

They are accompanied by a Bernese Mountain Dog – Osti Stróż Zagrody, who reminds us of our beginnings in purebred dog breeding.

Our journey in dog breeding began in 2004 when the first Bernese Mountain Dog joined our family. Back then, we ran the home kennel “Asymetria FCI,” which included two Bernese Mountain Dogs – Alfa and Bella. Over time, however, we fell in love with the Welsh Corgi Pembroke breed, whose longevity and lower susceptibility to health issues compared to Bernese Mountain Dogs inspired us to start a new kennel. Corgis quickly won our hearts with their energy, intelligence, and unique personality.

Welsh Corgi Pembroke Puppies

The first Welsh Corgi Pembroke puppies in our kennel were born in 2022, and subsequent litters followed in 2023. Corgi puppies are raised in home conditions, allowing for excellent socialization and preparation for life in their new homes. Each puppy comes with a ZKwP/FCI pedigree, confirming their compliance with breed standards.

Our Corgi kennel is located in Silesia, near cities such as Katowice, Gliwice, Zabrze, Bytom, Chorzów, Ruda Śląska, Tychy, Sosnowiec, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Siemianowice Śląskie, Piekary Śląskie, Świętochłowice, Rybnik, Tarnowskie Góry, Bielsko-Biała, Częstochowa, Jaworzno, Mysłowice, Żory, Racibórz, Wodzisław Śląski, and many more towns in Silesia.

However, our Pembroke Corgis find homes not only in Silesia but all over Poland. Puppies from our kennel can be found in cities like Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Łódź, Lublin, Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Gdynia, Olsztyn, Białystok, Rzeszów, Opole, Kielce, Zielona Góra, Koszalin, and many others.
